FUN-FILLED FRIDAY!

Way past my bedtime last night was when I went to bed

So when I woke this morning crazy thoughts were not going to my head.

To Starbucks to Starbucks I have to meet my friends

I missed a couple regulars but I made and time to see my friend from Mexico--

The regulars I will hopefully see again!

I must go to a store and take a cart for a walking spin!

I hope you too have a Fun-filled Friday with all the activities that you have planned,

Keep your eyes out for today's devotion,

It's on God's Mighty Word that I stand!

MELLOW MONDAY!

‘Tis such a mellow Monday, my poem wasn't even written until almost 4 PM--

I am in disbelief of my calmness, that ‘as kicked off the week-- how I hope it happens again!

Small steps….I hope it happens tomorrow-- less time to retain the memory HEY, I CAN DO THAT!

First Friday?

12:16 am On this first Friday of the month that many schools start,

many children who have been playing all day will with that laissez-faire schedule they'll have to part.

To school they head, education to gain,

with online learning they'll have school no matter the weather: snow sleet or rain!

Forgive me for the child like poem it happens more often than not-

I guess it's the side of the bed I wake up on and in the middle of the night and if I'm laying in that certain spot.

Some days when things are going reasonably well, it is easier to trust in My steadfast Love. But when new unexpected problems strike, trusting Me takes much more effort. At such times it can help to remember that you receive new mercies every morning. When you are getting dressed, recall that I have clothed you in garments of salvation. Because you wear my robe righteousness, you are on your way to heaven! This is an incredible act of mercy - snatching you from the jaws of hell and putting you on the path to Glory. Nothing you face today can compare with this mercy- gift of eternal life!
