I had this GREAT idea of starting a blog this summer because I hold a substitute job that lasts only through the school year and I was sure I would have more than enough free time. One day I thought of the title "The 'simple' things..." and thought of various ideas that I would write about....
Several days (or maybe just a couple) days passed and I have no idea where I was going to go with that idea but now I sit here at what seems like a week later with the title luckily saved but the ideas of what I was going to write.....GONE!
My summer days also disappeared because I have interviews this Wednesday for a position at the Palmer High School Library and one on Friday for an AVID tutor position. While I am really excited about those positions, I was asked to apply for a position with iCue Network-- an online position.

The wheels start turning...
Today I have the privilege of speaking with a friend who was in the midst of the 9/11 tragedy. I'm also going to Art on the Avenue this evening....
